The wooden sliding puzzle from childhood, now in the browser. First-timers get a three-step lesson from Dino the coach (who talks!), with the tile to push glowing; 🌱 Easy mode is only a few pushes from solved, so kids win first and level up later. 3×3 suits ages 3 and up; 4×4 and 5×5 challenge older kids. Tiles use RexCode's own app icons, or upload your child's photo (it never leaves this device).
First time: Dino the coach teaches in three steps (1 push → 2 → 3), with the tile to push glowing and a 👆. Press “🎓 Tutorial” any time to see it again.
Difficulty: 🌱 Easy is only 3–5 pushes from solved so kids win first; 🌿 Normal and 🌳 Hard come later. After a win, Dino asks if they want to level up.
Stuck? Press “🖐 Show me” next to “Peek” — a little hand stays on the tile to push and jumps to the next one after each move; press again to turn it off. After 10 seconds without a move it points once on its own.
Voice: the coach speaks with your device’s built-in voice (on iPhone, the system Chinese/English voice). iPhone needs one tap first before it will talk; turn it off with “🗣️ Voice”.
Tap a tile next to the gap and it slides in; several tiles in the same row or column move together.
Hold “Peek” to see the whole picture; turn on “Numbers” to label each tile, which helps younger kids.
3×3 has 8 tiles — most 3-year-olds can finish it with a grown-up nearby; 4×4 and 5×5 are for older kids.
“Upload photo” crops your picture to a square and slices it right in the browser — nothing is sent to any server.
