The classic Sokoban. The rule takes one sentence, but a box pushed into a corner can never come back — so every move has to consider the next, which is exactly what planning means. 50 levels from gentle to tricky, all machine-verified solvable. For each level we pre-compute every position that can still be finished: in 🌱 Easy the four arrows turn green (one step closer) or orange (farther), and the moment a box is stuck for good Dino says “press Undo”, so kids never wander for ten minutes before finding out. First-timers get a three-step lesson from Dino the coach (who talks!).
Goal: help Bear push every gift box 🎁 onto a star ⭐ — the star lights up.
Rules: Bear can only push, never pull; one box at a time, and a box with a wall or another box behind it will not move.
How to move: press the big arrows; you can also press and drag — Bear follows your finger square by square and keeps pushing the box along — or tap the square next to Bear, or tap a farther floor square and Bear walks there. On a desktop use the arrow keys; Z is undo.
Think before you push: a box in a corner can never be pulled back out. That is why Sokoban is a classic for practising planning — every move has to consider the next.
Stuck-box warning: for every level we pre-compute all positions that can still be finished, so the moment a box is stuck for good Dino says “press Undo” — no wandering for ten minutes before finding out.
The way home: on the stone path under the maze Dino stands on the number of moves left; “Your path” draws whether each move got closer or farther.
Color hints (🌱 Easy only): the four arrows are colored — a green house = one step closer that way, orange = farther (or the box gets stuck), ✕ = blocked. The counts are exact table look-ups, not guesses.
Difficulty: 🌱 Easy colors the arrows; 🌿 Normal keeps only the count; 🌳 Hard shows nothing (not even the stuck warning).
Dino the coach: tap the little dino for a three-step tutorial: one push → walk around to the other side → mind the walls.
Stuck? “🖐 Show me” points at the arrow to press; “↩ Undo” goes back as far as you like; “🔄 Restart level” starts over.
Too distracting? Tap the 🌼 above the maze to hide everything except the maze, the arrows and the way home.
50 levels from gentle to tricky (5 to 71 moves minimum, 2 to 4 boxes; tap “Level N” to jump to any level — cleared ones get a ⭐), all machine-verified solvable; finish in the minimum for a “Perfect”.
