Color reading depends almost entirely on light. Try this in order: move to even, indirect light (a window in daytime is ideal); avoid a single strong lamp overhead, which blows out the top row; tilt the cube slightly so the glossy stickers stop reflecting straight back at the lens; and keep a plain, non-colored background behind the cube. Warm indoor bulbs make red and orange look almost identical to any camera, so if only those two are swapped, daylight usually fixes it instantly.

Yes. After scanning, the confirmation screen shows all six faces and every square can be tapped and changed before you continue. Nothing is ever a dead end — if a scan cannot be completed, the app always hands you the editable confirmation screen rather than making you start over.

That's fine — decline the camera permission and enter the six faces by hand. Every other part of the app, including the full 3D step-by-step guidance and Cube Academy, works exactly the same.

That's expected at the start, and the app is built for it. The guidance always opens paused on an alignment step: turn the real cube in your hands until it is oriented the same way as the cube on screen, then press play. Everything after that lines up, turn for turn.

Three things help, and they stack. Press pause and use the Next and Previous buttons to move one turn at a time at whatever pace your child needs — nothing is timed or scored. Tap the pacing control to switch automatic playback from one move every 10 seconds to one every 20. And in Settings, set the turn animation to slow so each rotation is easier to see.

Check that the device volume is up and not muted, and that the silent switch is off. In Settings, make sure spoken guidance and sound effects are switched on. All audio is produced on-device, so no internet is needed.

That's by design. Settings sit behind a parental gate — a multiplication question that a young child cannot pass by guessing. Everything a grown-up may want to change (animation speed, spoken guidance, sound, cube colors) is on the other side of that gate.

All settings and progress are stored on the device only and never uploaded. Camera frames are analyzed in memory and discarded immediately — they are never saved or transmitted. LetCube collects no data at all. See our Privacy Policy.

可以。掃描完的確認頁會列出六個面，每一格都能點下去改，改好再繼續。而且永遠不會有死路——萬一掃描無法完成，App 一定會把你帶到這個可編輯的確認頁，不會叫你整顆重來。

一開始本來就會這樣，App 也是照這個前提設計的。引導一律以暫停的「對位」那一步開場：先把手上的真魔方轉到跟畫面上同一個方向，再按播放。之後每一步就會一轉對一轉。

三招可以疊著用。按暫停，改用下一步／上一步按鈕一步一步走，孩子想花多久都行——這裡不計時、也不計分。點速度控制可以把自動播放從「每 10 秒一步」切成「每 20 秒一步」。另外在「設定」裡把轉動動畫改成慢速，每一轉會更看得清楚。

請確認裝置音量已調高、未靜音，靜音開關已關閉；並在「設定」中確認語音引導與音效都是開啟的。所有聲音都在裝置本機產生，不需要網路。

這是刻意的。「設定」放在家長閘之後——一道幼童猜不過的乘法題。所有大人可能想調整的項目（動畫速度、語音引導、音效、魔方配色）都在那道閘門的另一邊。

所有設定與進度只存在裝置本機，不會上傳。相機畫面在記憶體中辨識完立即丟棄，不儲存也不傳送。LetCube 完全不收集任何資料。詳見隱私權政策。
