Gomoku Kids collects no personal data. It is a 100% offline, standalone game — no servers, no network connection, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no account or login. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users, including children under the age of 13.

What the app stores, and where

• Game settings (sound, voice, language, hints, board size, difficulty) are stored in the app's local UserDefaults on your device only, and never leave it.
• Tutorial progress (if any) is stored locally on your device only.
• No data is ever transmitted to us or to any third party.

What we do NOT collect

• No name, email address, or any personal identifier
• No location data
• No microphone, camera, or photo library (the app uses none of these)
• No usage analytics or crash reporting sent to us
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• No third-party SDKs that collect data

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Gomoku Kids is suitable for ages 4+ and designed for children to use alongside a parent. Because we collect no data at all, the app complies with COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU) by design. No information about child users is ever collected, stored outside the device, or shared.

Ad-free, tracking-free

To keep a safe environment for children, the app is 100% ad-free with no tracking. It displays no third-party ads and uses no advertising or analytics tracking of any kind.

External links & purchases

The app has no external web links and no in-app purchases or paid items. Children cannot leave the game or reach the internet from within the app.

Data deletion

All app data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app; you can also reset tutorial progress and preferences in the app's settings.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
