🛟 LetAbacus — Support / 支援

The app is 100% free: every lesson, drill and bead skin is unlocked by practicing, never by paying. There are no ads. The only in-app purchases are three optional "tip jar" donations (buy the developer a coffee) inside the parent zone, behind the parental gate. They unlock nothing and children cannot reach them.

Tap the family icon at the top of the home screen. The gate shows an adult-level multiplication question (e.g. 123 × 5) with three answers — tap the correct one to enter. There is no fixed password by design, so children cannot get in on their own. Inside you'll find progress, language, listening pace, skins, and the optional tip jar.

Check that the device volume is turned up. LetAbacus deliberately plays through the media channel so teaching audio still works when the silent switch is on — bead clicks and voice are the content, not decoration. If another app has taken over audio, returning to LetAbacus and flicking a bead resumes sound.

Open the parent zone → Language. UI text (parent zone only — the child's screens have no text) and all voices switch together between English and Traditional Chinese.

That's by design. The app calls one term ("five"), then waits until your child actually sets 5 on the abacus before calling the next term ("plus three"). If nothing happens for a while it repeats the current term. You can change the calling pace (slow / medium / fast) with the tortoise/rabbit button or in the parent zone.

In lessons, tap the "123" button in the top bar to show value labels on the ones rod (5 on the upper bead, 1–4 on the lower beads). Tap again to hide; the choice is remembered.

Parent zone → "Reset all progress". This erases stars, skins and records on this device. Progress is stored only on the device, so deleting the app also removes it.

LetAbacus collects no data at all. Lesson progress is stored only on the device and never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.

點首頁上方的家庭圖示。家長閘會出一道大人級的乘法題（例如 123 × 5）、三個選項，按正確答案才能進入；刻意不設固定密碼，孩子自己進不去。裡面有學習進度、語言、報數速度、皮膚收藏與自由讚助。

請確認裝置音量已調高。珠心算小學堂刻意走媒體聲道，靜音鍵開著也會有聲音——撥珠聲與語音是教學內容，不是裝飾。若被其他 app 佔走聲音，回到 app 撥一下珠子就會恢復。

家長區 → 語言。介面文字（只有家長區有字，小孩畫面零文字）與所有語音會一起切換英文／繁體中文。

這是刻意設計。App 唸一項（「5」）後，會等孩子真的在算盤上撥出 5，才唸下一項（「加 3」）。太久沒動會把本項再唸一次。報數節奏可用龜／兔按鈕或家長區調整（慢／中／快）。

課程中點頂列的「123」按鈕，個位檔會標出珠值（上珠 5、下珠 1–4）。再點一次隱藏；選擇會記住。

家長區 →「重置所有學習進度」，會清除此裝置上的星星、皮膚與成績。進度只存在裝置本機，刪除 App 也會一併移除。

珠心算小學堂完全不收集任何資料。學習進度只存在裝置本機、不會上傳。詳見隱私權政策。
