Tap Make a Show, then hold the red microphone and speak. The label under the button says getting ready, then recording, then saved. Let go to stop: the take becomes a block. If you let go very quickly, LetPod says the take was too short and keeps nothing, so just hold a little longer.

My Sounds holds short, reusable sounds: up to 10 seconds each and 30 in total. A longer take is not lost. It stays in the show as an ordinary block and is all there when you save the show. When My Sounds is full, a grown-up can recycle a sound under Manage My Sounds in the grown-ups' area.

Unfinished shows in the sound studio are kept automatically. Open My Shows and look under Not Finished, then tap one to keep going. They stay until they are saved as a show or deleted. A deleted unfinished show cannot be brought back, so LetPod asks first.

Tap Undo right after removing it and the block goes back where it was.

When a child answers a letter question and keeps the answer in My Sounds, that kept copy goes into an envelope for one year, counted by the device calendar. The take inside the show is not locked and can still be played. When the day comes, the home screen says a letter has arrived. A grown-up can open a letter early under Manage My Sounds. It is a playful wait, not a privacy lock.

In My Shows, tap the three-dot button next to a show (or swipe it left): Edit, New Version, Rename or Recycle. New Version makes a copy and keeps the original as it was. A recycled show can be restored by a grown-up for 7 days.

Every feature is free, and there are no ads. Version 1.0 has no in-app purchases of any kind.

Sharing lives in the grown-ups' area, behind the parental gate: tap For Grown-Ups (the shield icon) in the top-right corner of the home screen, answer the multiplication question (or enter your passcode), then pick the show and share it through the standard iOS share sheet. That is deliberately the only way a recording can leave the device.

LetPod has no cloud sync or backup of its own; everything is kept inside the app on this device. If iCloud Backup or computer backups are turned on for the device, iOS includes LetPod's files in those backups like any other app's. Without a backup, deleting the app or losing the device can mean the recordings are gone. To keep another copy, share finished shows from the grown-ups' area to a place you choose.

That's by design. The grown-ups' area sits behind a parental gate, a multiplication question meant for grown-ups. A grown-up can switch it to a 4-digit passcode there. Language, the mascot voice, show length, sharing, storage, sound management and the recycle bin are all on the other side of that gate.

Check that the device volume is up, the silent switch is off, and that the mascot voice is switched on in the grown-ups' area. Bite's voice is synthesized on the device by Apple's system speech, so no internet is needed. If the device is connected to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, sound may be going there instead.

In the family recording game, put the device on the table between the two of you rather than in the child's hands. When the episode is finished, each turn is volume-balanced. If one take still comes out wrong, tap Again to redo just that turn.

Recordings are stored only in the app's own storage on your device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no speech recognition, and no cloud service is involved. A file leaves only when a grown-up shares it from behind the parental gate. See our Privacy Policy.

按「做我的節目」，按住紅色麥克風說話。錄音鍵下面會依序說「麥克風準備中」「正在錄」「收好了」。放開就停，那一段變成一塊積木。按一下馬上放開的話，小麥會說「太短了」，不會留下東西，按久一點就好。

「我的聲音」放的是可以重複用的短聲音：每個最長 10 秒、最多 30 個。比較長的錄音不會不見，會留在節目裡當一般積木，做成節目時整段都在。收滿了，請大人到家長區的「我的聲音管理」回收一些。

聲音工作室裡沒做完的節目會自動留著。打開作品架，在「還沒做完」那一區點一下就能接著做。它會一直留到做成節目或被刪掉為止。還沒做完的節目刪掉就不能救回，所以刪之前會先問。

拿掉之後馬上按「復原」，那一塊就放回原本的位置。

孩子回答「信」的題目、把回答收進「我的聲音」時，收藏裡的那一份副本會裝進信封一年（依裝置日曆計算）。節目裡原本那段不會被鎖，照常可以聽。到了那一天，首頁會說「一封信送到了」。大人可以在「我的聲音管理」提早開封。這是好玩的等待，不是上鎖。

在作品架點節目右邊的「⋯」（或往左滑）：編輯、再做一版、重新命名、放進回收箱。「再做一版」會另存一份，原本那集不變。放進回收箱的節目，大人 7 天內可以救回。

所有功能免費，沒有廣告。1.0 版沒有任何 App 內購買。

分享在家長閘後面的家長區：點首頁右上角的「家長區」（盾牌圖示），答對乘法題（或輸入密碼），選一集，用 iOS 標準分享功能送出。這是錄音離開裝置的唯一一條路。

LetPod 本身沒有雲端同步或備份，所有聲音存在這台裝置的 App 裡。若裝置開了 iCloud 備份或電腦備份，iOS 會像對待其他 App 一樣把 LetPod 的檔案納入備份。沒有備份的話，刪除 App 或裝置遺失，錄音可能就找不回來。想另外留一份，請在家長區把做好的節目分享存到你選的地方。

這是刻意的。家長區在家長閘之後，一道給大人回答的乘法題，大人可以在裡面改成 4 位數密碼。語言、小麥語音、一集長度、分享、儲存空間、聲音管理與回收箱，全都在那道閘門的另一邊。

請確認裝置音量、靜音開關，以及家長區裡的「小麥開口引導」有打開。小麥的聲音是 Apple 系統語音在裝置上合成的，不需要網路。如果接著藍牙耳機或喇叭，聲音可能從那裡出來。

在祖孫接力玩法裡，請把裝置放在兩人中間的桌上，不要拿在孩子手裡。做成一集時每一段會自動把音量拉齊；某一段還是不好，按「再一次」只重錄那一段。

錄音只存在這台裝置上 App 自己的空間，不上傳、沒有語音辨識、不經任何雲端。只有大人在家長閘後按分享，檔案才會離開。詳見隱私權政策。
