SunnyWalker collects no personal data. There are no servers operated by us, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no account or login. This App is fully compliant with Apple's "Made for Kids" guidelines and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users, including children under the age of 13.

What the app stores, and where

• Voice recordings made by a parent are stored on your device only, inside the app's local Documents folder (Documents/Recordings/). They are never transmitted to any server and are not accessible to us.
• Alarm settings (schedule, task type, alarm name) are stored in the app's local UserDefaults on your device only.
• Wake history and streak data (if present) are stored locally on your device only.

What we do NOT collect

• No name, email address, or any personal identifier
• No location data
• No voice or audio content transmitted off-device
• No usage analytics or crash reporting sent to us
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• No third-party SDKs that collect data

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

SunnyWalker is designed for young children to use under parental supervision. Because we collect no data at all, the app complies with COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU) by design. No information about child users is ever collected, stored outside the device, or shared.

Microphone permission

The app requests microphone access solely to allow a parent to record a voice message. The recording is saved locally and is never uploaded or transmitted.

Third-party services

SunnyWalker uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Ad-Free Experience

To ensure a safe environment for children, this App is 100% ad-free. We do not display any third-party advertisements or use any ad-tracking mechanisms.

Outbound Links & Parental Gate

Any external links (such as a link to our support email or App Store page) are secured behind a Parental Gate to ensure children cannot access the internet or leave the App without adult supervision.

Data deletion

All app data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app from your device. You can also delete individual recordings from within the app settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
